How long will it take for my masks to arrive?
I aim to dispatch orders within one week, however at busier times it may take longer; I will let you know when you place your order if it will be longer. I send orders Royal Mail First Class so most arrive within a couple of days of dispatch, however on occasion it can take longer. If you require your masks quickly I can do next day dispatch on small orders of any adult sizes, with a limited choice of fabrics.
What size do I need?
Adult standard fits most women and some men, however if you have a wider face large will be better. Adult S (previously called XS) is only for those with a very small head. Child sizes are approximately; Small: age 3-8, Medium: age 8-11; Large: age 12+.
How much is postage?
Postage varies depending on the size of your order, UK orders will be between £0.50 and £2.00. Email me to get an accurate postage cost. Overseas shipping available, contact for a quote.
I find masks uncomfortable on my ears?
Check out my button bands (available here), these attach to your mask and sit on the back of your head.
Can I provide a different fabric?
I do custom orders for masks, just drop me an email. One mask needs a 20cm square of fabric. (Please note: they cost the same if you provide your own fabric).
